What I have learned with shape wear is; if you are fat the only thing that will change your shape is a corset with boning. Other things just squish your excess and make everyone look weird, or put bulges where they weren’t before.

I bought these to smooth and support my fat so I can wear clingy summer dresses.

These undies are very high-waisted and look much like “Granny panties” but they do enough of the trick to be supportive and look nice in clothes.
